Dynamics GP 2010 Upgrade Paths

While working on a current customer that was upgrade from Dynamics GP 10, we ran into an issue regarding the following error ‘Unable to ascertain product version information’. We ran through our normal steps of making sure there wasn’t a straggling company in the database. That didn’t resolve it.

After some time consuming research, we found the following table with a great table showing upgrade paths for Dynamics GP 2010, even coming from older version 9 systems.

I wanted to share, as I know this is sometimes not an easy thing to find. Hope you all find it useful as well.
