“Unless commitment is made, there are only promises and hopes… but no plans.” ~ Peter Drucker
When it comes to considering new software, are you committed to making a change or only hoping or promising to make a change?
As Peter Drucker points out, unless commitment is made and plans put in place there are only hopes and promises. Now nothing is wrong with hopes and promises but realize that they are not commiments. Doing so will save both me as a software salesperson and yourself as a customer lots of time that we can use to focus on those things we are committed to doing.
